How to receive a quotation

1. Use our CONTACT-US form. Take care to specify your name, company,  address,  fax and telephone. Make absolutely sure you have specified your correct eMail address.
    

2. Specify the product/s you ask for a quotation. Specify your desired quantity (or range)
    

3. We will answer within 1 working day. You will receive a formal quotation and payment instructions.
    

4. Please pay attention to the security code. It comes to block spammers. Their robots cannot read the image, while humans can. Failure to fill it in, will prevent the processing of the form.
    

5. Immediately check your own e-mailbox. You should find there a copy of the message sent to us. If you got no letter, it is certain that our sales person didn't get it either. Perhaps you specified a wrong eMail address. You may go back and correct this error. Otherwise, you may send us a plain email.
